§ 73.031 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   No person licensed under this subchapter shall rent vehicles between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
   (B)   No vehicles shall be returned to such person between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.
