§ 51.171 LIABILITY.
   While performing the necessary work on private properties referred to in § 51.170, the Director of Community Development or other duly authorized employees of the village, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and MWRD shall observe all safety rules applicable to the premises established by the company and the company shall be held harmless for injury or death to the village employees.
