The base charge for a multi-family, commercial or industrial connection with the municipal sewerage laterals or mains, shall be $1,000 for administrative services, including review of the plans, the inspection for the first 100 feet of sewer line. This fee does not cover engineering costs for preparation of the plan and the application for securing the Metropolitan Sanitary District permit, which cost shall be borne entirely by the applicant.
