§ 50.055 ADDITIONAL METHODS OF RECYCLING.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall prohibit any person from donating or selling recyclables to any person, firm or organization, whether operating for profit or not for profit provided, however, that the time, location and manner of collecting said recyclables in no way conflicts with the village recycling program.
