§ 50.053 AUTHORIZED RECYCLING CONTRACTOR.
   (A)   The exclusive household refuse contractor shall be the sole party authorized to collect the recyclables set out for collection as described in § 50.052.
   (B)   The cost of providing this service shall be included as part of the monthly fee for garbage and refuse collection.
