(A) In order to promote the separation of recyclable materials from garbage and rubbish, the village shall provide each dwelling unit in a detached single-family dwelling and in multiple-family dwelling with not more than two dwelling units, a wheeled and covered 95-gallon capacity recycling cart for the placement of prepared recyclables to be collected as part of the village’s recycling program.
(B) Recyclables shall not be placed outside the cart nor shall non-recyclables be mixed with recyclables in the cart.
