§ 50.021 LICENSE REQUIRED TO COLLECT GARBAGE.
   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of collection or disposing of garbage, refuse, yard waste or recyclables unless licensed in the village as a scavenger in accordance with provisions of §§ 115.45 through 115.51 of this code of ordinances.
