A. Each day that such nuisance is maintained after the expiration of ten (10) days from the notice specified in section 4-2-2 of this chapter, a separate offense is created though the offense may be contained in different counts in the same action, a fine may be levied for each offense alleged in the complaint.
B. If the same property is cited for the same offense within sixty (60) days of notice of a previous violation, the owner of such property shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00) without further notice, regardless of whether the previous nuisance was abated. (Ord. 2014-5, 5-19-2014)
