A. The village authorities, when such a nuisance comes to their attention, shall give notice in writing to the owner of the property upon which or adjacent to which the nuisance is maintained and ten (10) days after the notice, the village may abate the nuisance, and the reasonable costs of such abatement shall be chargeable against the property owner.
B. Such notice shall also serve as notice that any further violation within sixty (60) days of said notice shall result in an immediate violation and fine. (Ord. 2014-5, 5-19-2014)
