166.02 APPROPRIATION OF FEES COLLECTED.

Any and all fees collected shall be paid into the Treasury of the City and shall in turn be certified by the City Auditor and appropriated into the 1237 Economic Development fund for the administration of this chapter with any excess amounts applied and distributed in accordance with Ohio R.C. 5722.08.
