Sec. 82-152. Treatment of polluted water required before discharge.

It shall be unlawful for any person to directly discharge into the waters of the state within the city or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city any sanitary sewage, industrial waste, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provision of this division and the statutes and regulations of the state.
