Sec. 82-123. Connection of building drains, building sewers, and floor drains.

Before any building sewer shall be connected to the POTW, the owner of the building sewer shall prove to the full satisfaction of the city that it is entirely clean and that it conforms, in every respect, with the rules and regulations prescribed by this article. Floor drains shall be connected with the building sewer and shall be trapped in such a manner that the water seal cannot be broken.
