(a) No downspouts from roofs, roof drains, water from air conditioning units, refrigeration units and cooling units, sump pumps or building footing drains shall be directly or indirectly connected to the public sanitary sewer system.
(b) All sump pumps and building footing drains shall be directly connected to an available public storm sewer or such other storm water disposal facility approved by the Authority. "Available public storm sewer" shall have the same meaning as "available public sanitary sewer" as defined at section 82-1.
