Sec. 82-113. Filing of record required.

Within five days after the work of connecting to the sewer system, the sewer builder shall file with the city a record showing the number of feet of pipe laid, its location with respect to the property and buildings connected, together with such information as may be required by the Authority to make a complete record of the work.
