Sec. 82-112. Information required in application.
Application for permit to connect to the public sanitary sewer system must be made in writing by the owner of the property to be sewered or drained, or his authorized agent. Such application shall give the exact location of the property, number of the lot, number of feet of frontage, number of buildings to be connected, the name of the owner, and the name of the licensed sewer builder employed to do the work, and shall be made on forms furnished for this purpose by the city; however, the permit shall be granted with the express condition that the owner for whose benefit the connection is made shall on behalf of himself, his heirs or assigns, hold the city harmless from any loss or damage that may in any way result or be caused by the making of any such connection. Further, such permit shall not be granted until the applicant shall have paid the required permit fee.
