Sec. 82-83. Disinfection of piping system.
The Authority shall require, when necessary, that the potable water system or any part thereof installed or repaired, be disinfected in accordance with the following methods before it is placed in operation:
   (1)   The system or part thereof, shall be thoroughly flushed and then be filled with a solution containing 100 parts per million of available chlorine and allowed to stand two hours before flushing and returning to service.
   (2)   In the case of potable water filters or similar devices, the dosage shall be determined by the Authority.
   (3)   When directed by the Authority, samples shall be collected and analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the disinfection.
