Sec. 82-82. Minimum residential water pressure.
Under conditions of flow attained through simultaneous use of fixtures, there shall be a residential pressure of not less than eight pounds per square inch measured on the pressure side of the wide open faucet or valve supplying the highest fixture in the building, except that pressurized flush valves shall require a minimum pressure of 15 pounds per square inch on the supply side of the valve when in operation.
