Sec. 82-80. Identification of secondary water.
All openings from which secondary water may be obtained shall have at all times a sign prominently posted within two feet of the opening, bearing the following warning: WATER UNSAFE FOR DRINKING. Such sign shall be at least eight inches by ten inches in size, prominently lettered in contrasting colors, with no letters less than one inch in height. Signs are to be furnished and maintained by the owner of the secondary supply and must be of materials and design acceptable to the Authority.
