Sec. 82-72. Action by administrative hearing review panel.

After such hearing, the administrative review panel shall sustain, modify or withdraw the notice, depending upon its findings. The order of the panel shall be served on the petitioner in accordance with the provisions set forth in section 82-68 for service of a notice of violation.
