Sec. 82-12. Sanitary sewer utility connections.

All structures in which sanitary sewage originates shall be connected to an available public sanitary sewer. The owner of any structure in which sanitary sewage originates shall, at the owner's sole expense, connect such structure to any available public sanitary sewer within 18 months after the city's publication and service of notice of availability.
