The city will publish a notice in a newspaper of general circulation within the county during the month of March that noxious weeds not cut will be cut by the city and the owner of the property shall be charged with the cost thereof pursuant to provisions of this article. Publication shall also contain such other information as required pursuant to MCL 247.61 et seq., as amended, and the city may cut such noxious weeds as many times as will be necessary and charge the cost of same to the property owner.
