PART I CHARTER OF MASON, MICHIGAN*
PART II CODE OF ORDINANCES
Sec. 7.2. Prior ordinances and regulations.
All by-laws, ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the City of Mason, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Charter, in force and effect at the time of the adoption of this Charter, shall continue in full force as by-laws, ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the City of Mason, until repealed or amended by action of the proper authorities.
