A pre-application conference may be held with the city department of public works prior to the submittal of a stormwater plan and before any alterations to the land. The.purpose of the pre-application conference is to provide information about the city's regulations, plan submittal requirements, and any additional requirements imposed on that site due to downstream restrictions.
