Effective June 21, 1983, there is hereby established City of Mason Historic District No. 1, the area to be included within which shall be described as follows:
Lots 6 through 10 inclusive of block 7; lots 7 through 12 inclusive of block 8; lots 1 through 10 inclusive of block 13; all of the Courthouse Square; The north 1/2 of lots 1 and 2, and all of lots 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of block 16; lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 of block 17, except the east 49.5 feet of the south 66 feet of said lot of lot 8 of block 17; all of the original plat of the City of Mason, including all platted streets, alleys and rights-of-way contained within the aforesaid description.
