The Municipal Corporation now existing and known as the City of Mason, comprising the entire sections four, five, eight, and nine in the Township of Vevay, in the County of Ingham, being T2N, R1W, Ingham County, Michigan, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate under the name City of Mason and include the territory above described.
