PART I CHARTER OF MASON, MICHIGAN*
PART II CODE OF ORDINANCES
Sec. 26-93. Liability.
Liability for damage or injury to persons or property caused by open fires permitted under this division shall be the sole obligation of the applicant, the requirements in this division being the minimum standards for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
