(A) Marquees and marquee signs may extend to a point four feet back of the curb line, but no marquee or marquee sign shall extend downward nearer than 11 feet above the level of the sidewalk at its lowest level.
(B) An illuminated sign which may be placed on a marquee which may extend the entire length and width of the marquee, provided such sign does not extend more than nine feet above nor one foot below the marquee, but under no circumstances shall the sign or signs have a vertical height greater than nine feet.
(C) No additional sign shall be attached to a marquee.
