The following requirements shall apply to signs for gasoline stations or automotive service centers:
(A) There may be one pole sign not exceeding 36 square feet for each face.
(1) The pole sign shall be so located that no part of the sign may project beyond a five-foot setback line from the street right-of-way.
(2) No pole sign shall extend downward nearer than ten feet to the ground or pavement.
(3) The maximum height of a pole sign shall be 22 feet unless a reader board is a part of the pole sign in which case the maximum height shall be 28 feet.
(B) There may be one wall sign not exceeding 25 square feet in area and projecting no more than 12 inches facing the street.
