§ 155.53 DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
   Small post signs indicating the direction to a business (exit and entrance) may be erected and maintained subject to the following:
   (A)   The enforcement official shall investigate and make a determination that the sign will serve a public purpose.
   (B)   The sign shall not exceed four square feet in area and shall be installed in a manner and at a height so as not to interfere with the ordinary and lawful use of the street. The sign may include the corporate logo of the business.
