(A) Advertising signage shall be permitted on bus shelters within the village upon the approval of the enforcement official.
(B) The size of the sign shall be limited to 16 square feet.
(C) A permit for each sign shall be required.
(D) In no event shall any such sign create a visual obstruction for traffic movement.
(E) The enforcement official shall make a determination as to the potential for any bus shelter sign to create a visual obstruction.
