(A) The following signs are permitted for a special event, as defined in § 155.02, and as may be permitted under other provisions of the village code:
(1) Pennants and streamers that are securely fastened;
(2) Search lights; and
(3) Other signs as may be permitted under the temporary signs provisions of this code, as provided for in § 155.37.
(B) The enforcement official must approve all proposed signage prior to the event.
