§ 154.118 FEES.
   The subdivider shall pay the fees listed below to the Administrator at the time he or she submits the item of required information pertaining to the plat/plan in question. The Administrator shall promptly cause such fees to be deposited in the village’s general corporate fund.
   (A)   Preliminary plat review: $150 plus $15 for each lot (the "minimum review fee") or the actual costs incurred by the village for engineering review, whichever is greater. If the actual costs incurred by the village for engineering review are greater than the minimum review fee the village shall show proof of such costs to the subdivider and the subdivider shall pay the difference prior to the final plat being signed.
   (B)   Improvements plan review: $40 per lot, sub lot, or tract of land shown on the plat.
   (C)   Final plat review: $250.
   (D)   Variance rezoning request fee: $75 per lot, sub lot, or tract of land for which a variance or rezoning is requested, plus any costs of mailings or publications.
   (E)   Inspection and testing fee: an amount equal to 3% of the cost of improvements to be dedicated to the village to cover the village’s additional cost to monitor compliance with the Subdivision Control Code, or the actual costs incurred by the village for engineering review, whichever is greater. If the actual costs incurred by the village for engineering review are greater than the minimum review fee, the village shall show proof of such costs to the subdivider and the subdivider shall pay the difference prior to the final plat being signed.
   (F)   Private site development plan review fee. When a development plan is required in accordance with § 156.025 Development Plans, the developer shall pay a minimum review fee of $500 plus any additional documented costs paid by the village for the review. The payment of review fees charged by the village shall be made prior to submission of the final development plans to the Village Board for approval.
