(A) A certain document, which is on file in the office of the Building and Zoning Department of the village, being marked and designated as The International Building Code, 2012 Edition, including Appendix chapters, as published by International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the village for the control of buildings and structures, as herein provided.
(B) Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this subchapter with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 150.16.
