§ 150.16 ADDITIONS, INSERTIONS AND CHANGES.

(A) Section 101.1 is hereby amended by inserting "Village of Maryville, Illinois" for the words "[NAME OF JURISDICTION]" and by adding the sentence, "The term "jurisdiction" wherever appearing in the Code shall mean the Village of Maryville, Illinois".

(B) Any penalties identified within the current adopted Building Code are hereby superceded and governed by the Village of Maryville Code of Ordinances.
