§ 117.53 EXCEPTION.

The possession and dispensing or consumption by an underage person of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or the consumption by an underage person under the direct supervision and approval of the parent or parents of the underage person in the privacy of a home is not prohibited by this chapter.
