No license shall be issued hereunder unless the applicant shall file with the application a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, certifying that the applicant has the following minimum coverages:
(A) Bodily injury liability: $30,000 for each person; $50,000 each occurrence.
(B) Property damage: $30,000 each occurrence.
(C) Loss of support coverage: $30,000 each occurrence.
