The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
(A) Illinois licensed medical doctors, doctors of osteopathic medicine, chiropractors, physical therapists, naprapaths or registered nurses, whereas the massage is part of their State Practice Act;
(B) Illinois licensed practical nurses, hospitals or nursing homes while administering massages in the normal course of their medical duties; and/or
(C) Any state registered athletic trainer who administers athletic-related massage in the normal course of training duties, whereas the massage is part of the Illinois Athletic Practice Act.
