(A) A massage therapist license and massage therapy clinic license shall be renewed every two years. Each licensee shall pay a renewal fee of $25.
(B) The fee shall be accompanied by a submission to the Chief of Police of a renewal application as provided by the village, which shall consist of sufficient information to indicate changes in the date contained in the initial application. The Chief of Police shall have the right to confirm any of the information asked for or provided in the renewal application as well as inspect the clinic site in order to determine that all requirements have been met and that the site is to be utilized for therapeutic massage.
(C) The Chief of Police will identify and resolve any complaints against a massage therapist or a massage therapy clinic prior to renewing a license.
