(A) It shall be the responsibility of the license holder of a massage therapy clinic to insure that each person employed as a massage therapist shall first have obtained a valid massage therapist license as set forth in this chapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful for such a clinic to allow a licensed massage therapist to practice other than as defined by this chapter.
