§ 115.02 LICENSING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, under the age of 21 years, to practice or administer any method of treatment listed in this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation to practice or administer any method of treatment listed in this chapter without first obtaining and maintaining in effect a massage therapist license as required by this chapter. It shall also be unlawful for a student/trainee to charge a fee or be compensated.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation to conduct or operate a massage therapy clinic without first obtaining and maintaining a massage therapy clinic license as required by this chapter.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation to operate or operate a massage therapy clinic which does not conform to the sanitary provisions contained in this chapter or to employ any non-licensed person or persons as a massage therapist.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation to employ as a massage therapist any person who does not hold a current unrevoked and unsuspended massage therapist license, as outlined in this chapter.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation licensed, as provided in this chapter, to operate under any name or conduct business under any designation not specified in the license.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in the practice or attempt to practice off-premises massage as a massage therapist, for a fee, without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
   (H)   It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise themselves in the village as a massage therapist without a massage therapist license, as defined in this chapter.
   (I)   It shall be unlawful for any person or establishment to advertise therapeutic massage or massage therapy or massage therapy clinic in the village other than a licensed massage therapy and/or a licensed massage therapy clinic, as defined in this chapter.
   (J)   A massage therapy school or institution operated within the village shall obtain a license and be treated as a massage therapy clinic.
   (K)   Any person, association, firm or corporation shall provide proof of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence professional liability insurance prior to a license being issued.
