Effective August 1, 2023, there shall be established the following rates and charges for the use of the water system of the village, based upon the amount of water consumed monthly as follows:
(A) Water service inside village limits:

(C) The foregoing water use charges shall be calculated from monthly meter readings and shall be billed every month, (hereinafter “monthly”) and where applicable, billed with the sewer charges provided for under the terms and provisions of this chapter.
