§ 138.21 GENERAL PROHIBITION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use, possess, sell, distribute or deliver any substance containing kratom as defined in § 138.20.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating this section shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 or § 138.99 of this code for each occurrence. Each separate day a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
