§ 138.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate this chapter shall be issued a citation and shall be subject to a fine of $750 for each violation plus court costs and reasonable attorney's fees expended by the village to enforce this provision. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
