§ 50.20 EMERGENCY WATER AGREEMENT.
   The village may negotiate an emergency water supply agreement, pursuant to the powers set forth in the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act of the state, ILCS Chapter 5, Act 220, §§ 1 through 9.
