(A) The village Police Department shall charge administrative fees for the performance of various Police Department related tasks and the fees shall be set as follows:
(1) Police report: $5;
(2) Records check: $10;
(3) Fingerprints: $10;
(4) Tow release: $100;
(5) Sex offender registration (initial): $20;
(6) Sex offender registration (renewal): $10; and
(7) Bail processing fee; $20.
(B) The above mentioned fees may be reviewed periodically by the village corporate authorities and some of all of the said fees may be amended form time to time.
(C) The administrative fees as listed in division (A) shall be paid to the Police Department by cash only except for police report fees (which may be paid by cash or check), and shall be deposited into the village general fund and shall be earmarked for the purchase of Police Department equipment and/or vehicles.
