§ 50.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There shall be an executive department of the village known as the Public Works Department. It shall include the Water and Sewer Superintendent and Street Superintendent and the Water and Sewer Committee appointed by the Mayor, and its employees.
