§ 155.57 YARD AND/OR GARAGE SALE SIGNS.
   Yard and/or garage sale signs are permitted under the following restrictions:
   (A)   All sales will be limited to a maximum of a three-day period.
   (B)   Limited to four signs per sale, including the sign erected on the sale premises.
   (C)   The signs, which may not exceed 2' x 3' in size, excluding stakes, must contain the following information:
      (1)   Address of the location of the sale,
      (2)   The date(s) of the sale, and
      (3)   The address of the person conducting the sale if different from the location of the sale.
   (D)   Signs must be erected with the use of wooden or metal stakes. The signs must be free-standing and cannot be attached to power poles, trees, street signs, or vehicles.
   (E)   Signs may be placed on public right-of-way or private property. Signs placed on private property must have the permission of the property owner at the location. The signs must be placed in such a manner that they do not impede or block visibility for vehicular traffic.
   (F)   Signs cannot be placed on village property or right-of-way adjacent to village property (parks, cemetery, public buildings, etc.).
   (G)   Signs may be erected on the morning of the day of the sale and must be removed no later than 9:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale. Failure to comply with this provision may subject the person conducting the sale to be cited with an ordinance violation.
