The Building and Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for the general administration of this chapter and ensure that all development activities under the jurisdiction of the Village of Maryville meet the requirements of this chapter. The Building and Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for receiving applications and examining the plans and specifications for the application, the Building and Zoning Administrator shall require any additional measures which are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of this chapter.
