§ 118.01 PERMITS.
   (A)   No outdoor display, storage or sale of goods shall be allowed without a permit issued by the Village of Maryville. There is no fee required to apply for a permit.
   (B)   At least 15 days prior to the event giving rise to the need for a permit, the applicant shall file a request for a permit with the Building and Zoning Administrator ("Administrator") on a form provided by the village. The Building and Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee, in the event the Administrator is unavailable, shall review the application and either approve it or deny it or approve it subject to certain conditions which the Administrator believes is in the best interest of the safety, health and welfare of the citizens. In the event a permit is denied or the applicant objects to the conditions placed on the approval, the applicant may appeal the Administrator's decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals. In the event the Administrator, or his or her designee, in the event the Administrator is unavailable, believes that any person is in violation of the permit, the Administrator may revoke the permit immediately, order the person to remove the outdoor display or storage of goods or cease the outdoor sale of such goods, and the person shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 118.99.
