§ 118.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount of not less than $50, nor more than $750, for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
